UBU Team is an ethical provider of NDIS support workers for people who are self-managed or plan-managed. We started small, for the right reasons, and we've kept it that way.
Let me introduce myself
I'm Jaz. I started my NDIS journey in 2020, after my diagnosis of FND in 2018. Before that, I was a support worker in disability and mental health, and worked for a short time as a nurse.
When I received my NDIS plan, I wanted honest, reliable, professional support workers. Sadly, that wasn't my experience. I was put in a box where everyone was treated the same, based on assumptions.
I soon learned that if I wanted to make changes, I'd have to make them from the ground up. So here we are.
I started UBU Team as an ethical provider of support workers for people who are self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants. We work to provide you with quality support through dignified choice and control.
After all, it's your plan and it's your life.
